Abstract Submission
The authors are encouraged to submit a two-page abstract due by March 15-th, 2023. Each author can participate in at most three papers. A two-page abstract (A4, single column, 10 pt) for each paper should be submitted together with the pre-registration form. It should contain the title of the paper, authors and contact information, a short abstract (5-7 lines), keywords, the main contents of the paper and references. Here you can download the template for the abstract in .doc format. Pre-registration and submitting of abstracts should be done via the web interface. Upload your abstract online using the Easy Chair Conference management system. Each absract will be reviewed by two reviewers. Notification of the acceptance of the contribution will be given before April 10, 2023.
The conference will feature oral and poster presentations. The conference language is English.
Paper presentation
Papers will be presented in oral and and poster sessions. Authors are asked to suggest the preferred form of presentation while the Program Committee will make the final decision.
Authors are expected to attend the conference in person to present their papers and share their ideas.

Language
The working language of the conference will be English.
IEEE publication
All accepted and presented papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings and submitted to the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library, Scopus and Web of Science databases. IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference, including IEEE Xplore® Digital Library, if the paper is not presented by the author of the conference.
